** There is a two night minimum for cabin rentals.

All prices are for cash and check. A 5% processing fee will be added for credit card use on all rentals. Please be advised that your lodging total will include 6% Ky. Sales Tax and 4% Transient Tax. Security deposits are $150 for one and two bedroom Cabins and $250 for the three bedrooms and is separate from lodging fees. Please read our Rental Policies for more information.

Tip: Most people don’t know this, but we are generally cheaper than motels/hotel stays because most of our guests cook their food on site and picnic on the water!
